We invite you to enjoy our newly remodeled beachfront Condo in the hotel zone of Puerto Vallarta! You'll find yourself just a few minutes from downtown on one of the most beautiful beaches for miles around. Enjoy our condo with a magnificent 14th floor view of Banderas Bay, the Sierra Madre mountains and down town Puerto Vallarta.
This condo has one large bedroom with a king size bed, new bedding, a large marble shower, a sunken living room, and a fully-equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, new two burner glass top stove, flat screen TV and exceptional views of Banderas Bay. Sit on the balcony for the ultimate cup of coffee keeping an eye out for whales or dolphins just off shore or enjoy that romantic dinner and the sunset.
This condo is located adjacent to the newly remodeled all-inclusive Sunscape Resort & Spa where our guests can purchase various all inclusive packages.
Buses and taxis are readily available (and very inexpensive) to take you to the Malecon (Seaside Boardwalk) or Old Town for shopping, art galleries, the fish market, sidewalk performers, fireworks from the Santa Maria replica pirate ship and international dining. The Marina is also nearby where you can see the cruise ships come in.

From the view, to the fresh limes and cold brews in the fridge upon arrival, Mike & Betty KNOW how to make a family FEEL like family! Wow! Even the condo TOWELS say WELCOME (no tiny, rough towels in this condo - big & thirsty towels await!). I know most folks don't cook, but we did and they've thought of everything there, too. The beds were soft and comfy, pillows were perfect and plentiful, location & staff at every turn were attentive and warm. This is paradise. We can't wait to return! Chris L
